Hi on the game I go bye casha, This need to be said, Ive been playing. Now for 11 months. I love this game great people who play it, but over the last few month.the creators of this game have been getting greedy for the love of money. When thing are not work they dont help fix it. Player are getting frustrated. This game was fun at one point. I would only tell anyone new to the game not to spend any money on it until the creators Start hearing cries of the player that have spend money. Fix it and bring back the fun.

When I started playing this was an awesome game and would have garnered 5 stars. Now its run by the developer purely on greed. There is zero communication from them when there are bugs and when you point out a loss from those bugs they refuse to correct the loss. Worst customer service ever and Id be surprised if this review lasted more than a day before being removed. Save your money and your time and play another game until this developer gets their act together.

Only been playing for a couple hours but seems ok so far

My teview used to be 4 stars. This game is amazing apart from the fact that they have not fixed old glitches and keep including new ones. They seem also to focus on new ways to make the player spend more money then reasonable. I want to continue playing but not if it means that they keep going down that road. We need more rewarding event, achievable divine dragons with more power than the ones already in their tier. What is the point if only rich gamers are leading this game? Also fix the war points system!!! Listen to your players!!!! we have already put numerous suggestion to improve joy to play the game. No way it will continue to be a pleasure if events continue to come out glitchy the first 2 hours. Event rewards are too chip and chest drops too low. Participation and time spent should be more valuable I will start to put my time somewhere else if not so. PG fix this!!!!

Dont get sucked in!! Its fun at first until you see the massive amounts of bug/glitches. PocketGems has HORRIBLE customer service and a TERRIBLE development department. Events and updates are hardly tested before release. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!

I give full credit to the game itself and being on a team is great but what isnt great is the pg staff and their policies. They wont fix any of the things that bother the players but concentrate their efforts on things that make them money only and thats just sad. Now every week when the event starts theres so many bugs and crashes it sometimes is unbearable and frustrating that people and teams are starting to get annoyed. Too bad because the concept was good to start with but pg you cant just be money grabbers and not throw something back to the players that give you that money. And for god sakes reduce the cost - we arent millionaires.

The game it self is fun. You get to meet people and have a good time. However when I purchased their package I never got it. And when I contacted customer service yes they got back to me. However they didnt give me what I have paid for ,they told me go contact App Store . When it comes to event and reward they are very cheap. I feel they are forcing the player to buy there packages other wise they cant move up In this game. Adding to all that the game server always have a problems. They never refunds our winning prizes once they fixed the problem . Also When they send a sorry reward some players got it and some didnt.

This game is really good till I got Darja then the game crashed and it took the dragon and the money they gave me a *sorry chest but it doesnt make up, I highly recommend not spending money, makers if you read this may I please have Darja back

Its a nice game model but $17/month is too much for a app and thats just the base fee, there are plenty of other buy this get that to make a grab at you. At level 12 now and finding that my dragons are not really levelling anymore. They say "help support us" repeatedly in their text descriptions but it plays out to be "pay lots or you wont progress for years."

A nice game but you have to wait a super long time for everything and I have played other games like this

Absolutely one of the best games of played, graphics are amazing and the team play aspect is a huge plus. Only downfall of the game is pocket gems themselves, one of the greediest groups of developers Ive seen in any game. Special events require hundreds of $ if you want any decent prizes

Everything about this game is super fun. If I were to change anything however, it would be to add in more things to do with the dragons besides attack the same ol thing.

The game has the worst customer support Ive ever seen, the developers have turned this great game into a mere shell of itself and thats only if you like spending 1000s a month to play with the rich kids and you better be prepared to spend if you want to be treated fairly Worst part about it is there has been bugs since I started Playing a year ago that continues to haunt the game

So this is what has been happening to me when I try to go in the game in the loading session it says sorry we are currently updating our servers and its been happening for almost a year but is it true or is the game just banning me?
